Due to the immediate access to sensitive and proprietary digital materials upon purchase or enrollment, we maintain a strict no refund policy.

 

1. No Refunds for Digital Products

All purchases made on Prompt2Video.org are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • AI Video Prompt Templates

  • Access to the AI Prompt Builder Tool

  • Pre-recorded Video Training or Masterclasses

  • Downloadable E-books or Documents

  • Memberships or Course Subscriptions

Once access is granted to these resources, it is considered used, as the information cannot be returned, revoked, or unlearned.

 

2. Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

We value your trust and want to be transparent. We do not issue refunds because:

  • Our products are digital and informational, not physical goods.

  • Once accessed or downloaded, intellectual content cannot be “returned.”

  • Our prompts and tools give you permanent access to proprietary strategies.

  • To protect the integrity of our learning community and content.
